L'Ecrin

L'Écrin is a detached house built in local stone, quietly set in the village of Waimes, on the edge of the High Fens. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, each with two single beds. On the ground floor: a large living and dining room with a wood stove, TV and wifi, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet. With two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, the house also suits guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Outside there is a large terrace with garden furniture and a fully fenced, private garden with play equipment for children. Private parking for 4 cars and a lockable shelter for bikes and motorbikes. Dogs are welcome. Wood for the wood stove is provided. The lakes of Robertville and Bütgenbach are in the area, as is Malmedy with its cafés, restaurants and cinema. Walking and cycling routes are plentiful and varied.
