Our pricing for the Pro package
Fixed annual fee per property. No commission on bookings, no extra service fee for your guests, no hidden costs.
Park, glamping or camping owner

The first 30 units: €45 each. Units 31 to 100: €39 per further unit. From unit 101: €35. For parks, glamping and camping sites with their own accommodation, from 11 units.
Agent or property manager

1-5 properties: €49 each. 6-10: €47 per further property. 11-20: €45. 21-50: €42. From 51: €39. Each property is charged at the rate of its own tier, the way income tax works: 27 properties comes to €1,224, or €45.33 on average. One bundled invoice.
Hotel

For hotels with 11 rooms or more and hotel groups, charged per hotel. The first 5 rooms are included in €49 a year, each room after that costs €15, capped at €199 per hotel per year. A 12-room hotel therefore costs €154, a hotel of 15 rooms or more €199.
Youth hostel or group accommodation

€49 per building per year, whatever the number of bedrooms or beds. A dormitory with forty beds is one rental unit. Managing several buildings? You pay per building: three buildings come to €147.
We fall under the small business VAT exemption, so no VAT is added to these amounts. One-time annual fee, no automatic renewal. You decide each year anew.
A small hotel or a single youth accommodation?
That's not part of the Pro package. You register directly, at the rate that applies to you.

30 properties therefore cost €1,350 per year, €45 per property on average. That is the full amount: no commission is added.

How to register?
1. Register via the form
Fill in the Pro registration form: company name, CBE number, type (BIV-licensed real estate agent, Pro owner-host, manager), CBE extract + IPI number (agents) or mandate document (managers). Pro owner-hosts like parks or B&B chains don't need a mandate. We confirm registration within 24 hours.
2. Complete the dashboard
After confirmation, you get access to the dashboard. Add all your properties with photos, prices, descriptions in 4 languages and calendar. Take your time: a file is only reviewed by us when you indicate it's ready.
3. Request publication + verification
When everything is ready, request publication from the dashboard. With Pro, publication and verification go together, unlike direct hosts where verification is optional. We re-check documents, mandates and property information.
4. Online with 'Verified' badge + booking requests
Upon approval, all properties appear online simultaneously, automatically with our 'Verified' badge. No approval without complete documents. Turnaround after request: 1 to 3 business days. Guests submit booking requests via the property page. You have 48h to accept or reject from your dashboard. After acceptance, contact details are exchanged and you arrange payment directly with the guest (your own invoice, your own bank account, your own deposit terms). No platform commission, no service fee for the guest, no money passes through our hands.

If a property receives no booking request at all during a full publication year and fewer than three click-throughs to your own website, we renew it free of charge. Each property is assessed separately. Read the conditions
