1. Register via the form
Fill in the Pro registration form: company name, CBE number, type (BIV-licensed real estate agent, Pro owner-host, manager), CBE extract + IPI number (agents) or mandate document (managers). Pro owner-hosts like parks or B&B chains don't need a mandate. We confirm registration within 24 hours.
2. Complete the dashboard
After confirmation, you get access to the dashboard. Add all your properties with photos, prices, descriptions in 4 languages and calendar. Take your time: a file is only reviewed by us when you indicate it's ready.
3. Request publication + verification
When everything is ready, request publication from the dashboard. With Pro, publication and verification go together, unlike direct hosts where verification is optional. We re-check documents, mandates and property information.
4. Online with 'Verified' badge + booking requests
Upon approval, all properties appear online simultaneously, automatically with our 'Verified' badge. No approval without complete documents. Turnaround after request: 1 to 3 business days. Guests submit booking requests via the property page. You have 48h to accept or reject from your dashboard. After acceptance, contact details are exchanged and you arrange payment directly with the guest (your own invoice, your own bank account, your own deposit terms). No platform commission, no service fee for the guest, no money passes through our hands.
