For anyone renting out ROOMS or BEDS separately within one property: a hotel, a hostel or a youth hostel with 11 or more rooms, or several of them. Each gets its own page. Park, glamping or campsite (11+ own units)

Holiday park, glamping site or campsite with chalets. You own the accommodation yourself. No IPI number or mandate needed. You get a Pro dashboard with bulk entry and a site map.

Estate agent (IPI-licensed)

Licensed by the Professional Institute of Estate Agents (BIV/IPI). You rent out properties for owner clients. IPI number and a sample mandate required.

Property manager without IPI licence

You manage properties for other owners but are not a licensed estate agent. For example a park operator with owner-held chalets, a B&B sublet or managing for relatives. Sample mandate required.

Organisation with several youth accommodations

For anyone renting out the WHOLE BUILDING as a single unit to groups, including a youth hostel that does not book per bed. Each separate building counts as one unit, whatever the number of bedrooms or beds. A single building signs up through the regular sign-up.
