Do I pay per property or per account?
Per property. With three holiday homes you pay three times 49 euro a year. For larger operators from eleven properties upward there is a lower rate per property.
Read the full guideDo I need to register if I only rent a few weekends a year?
Yes. The obligation does not depend on the number of nights or on your turnover. As soon as you offer accommodation to tourists for payment, your region's rules apply.
Read the full guideDo I need a calendar link?
No. 59 of our hosts keep their calendar by hand and that works fine as long as you advertise in one or two places. Once you are on three sites, keeping it by hand becomes a risk.
Read the full guideHow long does a request stay open?
The guest sees a deadline, after which the request expires automatically. We send the host a reminder in the meantime, so that a missed message does not immediately become a missed booking.
