Our platform gives you an overview of available holiday homes across Belgium. Click on a property that interests you to see the details. From the property page, you contact the owner directly to confirm your booking. There's no middleman, you arrange everything straight with the host.
Yes, you book directly with the owner of the holiday home, with no middleman involved. The price shown on our website is the price the host charges. No added commission, no hidden fees, so you always pay the lowest price.
Many holiday homes on our platform welcome pets. You can use our search filters to find properties where dogs are allowed. Always check the specific conditions on the property page, as some hosts have their own rules or charge a small extra fee for pets.
Properties with the verified badge have been checked via a short video call with the host or via an automated document check (VAT validation, address verification, proof of ownership). We always also verify via Google Maps that the property exists and that the host is the rightful owner. Not every property has the badge yet, but you'll see it clearly on the property page when it's been awarded.
The verified label means we have checked the host through one of two methods: a personal video call (15 min) where we review the property via Google Maps and discuss the ownership situation, or an automated document check with VAT validation via VIES, address verification and proof of ownership. The host chooses which method works best for them. It is not an official recognition under the Flemish Tourism Decree, the Walloon Tourism Code or any other government registration. Hosts are themselves responsible for complying with applicable tourism regulations and for holding a valid registration number.

No, you don't need an account to browse holiday homes or contact a host. Only hosts who want to manage their property through our platform need an account.
