How much does it cost to list my property?
€49 per holiday property per year. For B&Bs, castles or hotels with room rentals: €49 for 1-5 rooms, from the 6th room +€15 per extra room, from 16 rooms €199 per year. We never charge commission, guests always book directly with you.
Do I pay commission on bookings?
No, never. Guests always book directly with you. We charge no commission, no transaction fees, no hidden costs.
How long before my property is live?
After signing up, we check your property within 48 hours. As soon as everything is in order, your property goes live.
Can I keep my property on other platforms?
Of course. Many owners combine our platform with other rental sites. The difference: with us you pay no commission.
How are properties verified?
Every owner picks one of two verification methods: a short video call (15 min, in person) or an automated check via VIES VAT validation, address verification and proof of ownership. We always also check via Google Maps. That way we know the property is genuine and the photos are accurate.
What if I don't get any bookings?
