About this holiday home
Maison Eau is one of the two houses of Maisons Mereau in Oostduinkerke, accommodation for up to 32 people spread over 12 bedrooms. Maison Eau is decorated in a red/brown theme. The basement level has a large party hall and a projection room, a real asset for a birthday, a family reunion, or an evening with the whole group. If you rent both Maisons Mereau houses together, they are connected via the basement, so the two groups can still celebrate together while each has their own house.

House rules
We do not rent to youth groups, the minimum age is 21 years. After 22 hours, we wish absolute peace outside. Music can be played via the existing music system. Own music installation and own boxes are not allowed. The basement can be used for parties with a musical setting. Subletting or subletting is prohibited. Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited. It is allowed outside, there is an ashtray provided. A maximum of 32 people (64 when renting both properties together), with the exception of 2 additional children under the age of 2 (4 for both properties together). Tents, caravans and motorhomes are prohibited. The holiday home may not be changed. The agreed arrival and departure times must be respected. In the event of wind or rain, the doors and windows will be closed. In the event of absence, the house will be locked. There is Wi-Fi available, the password is in the welcome brochure.
