What is the best time to visit the Province of Namur?
From May to September it is high season: the boats sail on the Meuse, the Lesse is there for kayaking, and the terraces of Dinant and Namur are at their best. Autumn colours the valleys beautifully, perfect for caves and castles. The citadels and abbeys are open almost all year: a winter weekend is worth it too.
