Animals are not allowed for hygienic reasons, with the exception of assistance animals for people with a motor, auditory or visual impairment. This must be reported to the operator in advance. The water consumption is included in the rental price, insofar as this concerns normal use. There is internet in the house, the use of the internet during the rental period is entirely the responsibility of the tenant. However, we do expect the garbage to be sorted and the house to be left tidy. If there is extra cleaning work, this will be settled via the guarantee. We sort: PMD (blue bag), kitchen and residual waste (white bag). At the back door there is an iron barrel to collect food scraps. Glass, cardboard and paper are also sorted separately. The white garbage bag must be placed on the street side on Tuesday evening (it will be picked up on Wednesday). Kitchen utensils must be cleaned and placed back in an orderly manner. Grease residues or frying grease are never poured into the sink or pouring trays. Parking is provided. The house is equipped for a maximum of 12 people. The number of people who occupy the property may not exceed the number stated in the contract, without the prior notification.
