Check-in and check-out Check-in on Friday or Monday between 4pm and 8pm, using an app key. Provide your estimated hour a few days in advance, then the key will be ready from that hour. Check out before 11am on Monday or Friday. If you book a two-night weekend, check-out is on Sunday before 8pm. The stay The apartment can accommodate four people and that capacity applies for the entire duration of the stay. Smoking is not allowed, out of respect for those who do not smoke. Pets are not allowed, so the apartment remains fresh and allergy-free. Keep it quiet for the other residents of residence Marie. Warranty and damage The deposit is 250 euros and will be returned after the stay. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please notify us immediately, even if something happens during your stay. Then we can take care of it immediately. Damage that only occurs after you leave will be borne by the tenant. What's Included Bath, bed and kitchen linen, the consumption of electricity, gas and water, TV, WiFi and Netflix, household products, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and garbage bags, and final cleaning. Before you leave The final cleaning is included, but we ask you to leave the stay tidy: the dishwasher empty, food leftovers from the oven and the steam oven, refrigerator and freezer empty, the sink clean, the plug of the espresso machine and the kettle off. Sort residual waste, PMD and cardboard in the containers at the entrance of the garage gate, and take empty glass with you or take it to the glass bin at the corner of the 17th Oktoberstraat and the seawall. Take off the bed linen and put it in the laundry basket in the storage room, the mattress and pillow protectors will remain in place. Bath and kitchen towels go into the other laundry basket. Empty the bathroom and toilet trash cans, close the electric curtains, check that all lights are off, and put the guest badge and bike key back in the basket on the console. If that does not happen, we will pay the deposit: emptying the dishwasher 10 euros, refrigerator and freezer 10 euros, sorting garbage 50 euros, picking up bed linen 25 euros, collecting bath towels 10 euros, broken glass 2.50 euros. If the accommodation is very polluted, 100 euros will be added. Cycling In residence Marie there is a communal bicycle shed on level -1. You take the bicycle lift at the entrance in the Troonstraat to -1, go through the door to the underground garage, left towards the entrance of the garage gate, then right, and between the garage boxes you will find the door of the bicycle parking on the left.
