- The tenant will take care to manage the apartment "like a good father", will take care to close the windows in case of bad weather, turn off the lights in unoccupied rooms, avoid leaving the radiators on when the windows are open and lock the doors in case of absence from home - The owner will not be responsible in the event of theft or loss of objects belonging to the tenant during his stay. - In the event of damage to objects or equipment belonging to the owner, the tenant notifies him. If repairs require costs, the tenant agrees to pay them - Desired arrival between 15 and 20 hours (please contact in case of scheduled or desired arrival outside this time slot) - Desired departure before 10:00 - 10:30 - Please do not smoke inside the building. - Despite the cleaning costs included, the cleaning of the oven, fridge, hob and microwave oven is the responsibility of the tenant. - Please ensure waste is sorted (glass, paper, PMC, compost), more information will be provided on site. - Please also do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher. - Bed linen is not provided, you must also bring a kitchen towel and your bath linen. - Pillows and blankets are provided.
