Spechthuisje

The Spechthuisje stands in the quiet Park Sonnevijver in Rekem (Lanaken), on the edge of the Hoge Kempen National Park. It is a cosy cottage for two to four guests with a warm, vintage interior, made for couples and small families. Dogs are welcome. In the living area you will find an open kitchen with an oven, a kettle and a Nespresso machine, a seating area and a dining area overlooking the greenery. Bring your own capsules. There is no dishwasher. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included, the beds are made on arrival, wifi is free, and there is a washing machine and a dryer. Outside you have a well-kept, fully fenced garden with a fenced terrace and a bright conservatory where you can sit outside even in rain or wind. Your dog can roam safely. In the Hoge Kempen National Park there are many areas where dogs are welcome or even allowed off the lead. You park in your own space with room for two cars. The park uses number plate recognition, so you do not need a key or card to drive in. No smoking indoors. Park Sonnevijver is fireworks-free.
