The tenant will move into the holiday home as a good family man. This includes, among other things, the following agreements: • We do not rent to youth groups. The minimum age is 21 years. • After 10 pm, we wish absolute peace outside. Music can be played via the existing music system. Own music installation and boxes are not allowed. • The holiday home is designed in such a way that the basement can be used for parties with a musical setting. • Subletting or subletting is prohibited. • Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited. You can do this outside, there is an ashtray provided. • Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. • The holiday home is rented as a holiday home for a maximum of 32 people (64 when renting both homes together). It is not allowed to occupy the house with more people, with the exception of 2 extra children under 2 years (4 for both houses together). • If the number is exceeded, 25% of the rent per extra person will be charged. This will be deducted from the guarantee. • Tents, caravans, motorhomes or the like are prohibited. • The tenant may not make any changes to the holiday home. • The agreed arrival and departure times must be respected. • In the event of wind or rain, the doors and windows must be closed. • In case of absence, the house must be locked. • Wi-Fi is available in the house. The password is stated in the welcome brochure.
