On the ground floor is the spacious living room (Proximus TV / Chromecast) and dining area (+60m ²) as well as the semi-open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave & hot air oven, mixer, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, drinks fridge, Senseo, high chair, children's cutlery...

On the ground floor is the spacious living room (Proximus TV / Chromecast) and dining area (+60m ²) as well as the semi-open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave & hot air oven, mixer, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, drinks fridge, Senseo, high chair, children's cutlery... Also a toilet (with rainwater flush) and the storage room (with extra drinks fridge) / technical room at this level. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms (3 x 2 Auping box springs can be placed against each other or not and 1 room with bed that can possibly be pulled out into a double bed).
