Lowest price promise: how it works
The host promises that you will not find a cheaper rate anywhere for the same stay than here. Found it cheaper anyway? Let us know. If your report is correct, you request the stay at that lower price. If the host does not keep the promise, they lose the label.
What it is
A promise made by the host. You only see the label on properties whose host signed up.
When you can report a lower price
For the same property (for a B&B, the same room), the same arrival and departure and the same number of guests, on a channel where anyone can book publicly. We compare the total price excluding tourist tax, with mandatory costs, without deposit. A member price, discount code, gift voucher or app-only price does not count, and neither does a non-refundable rate.
How to report
Email us at vakantiewoningeninbelgie@gmail.com with the link to the other channel, your dates and number of guests, and a screenshot of the price. We will let you know whether your report is valid.
If your report is valid
You get a link to send a request at the lower price within 48 hours, for exactly those dates and that number of guests.
The host decides
They can accept or decline your request. If they decline or ask more, we tell you straight away, with similar properties nearby. If they do not keep the promise, they lose the label.
Payment
You pay nothing through us; you arrange payment directly with the host.
