House Rules In order to guarantee the comfort of all residents and guests in the residence, we ask you to respect the following house rules. O'Sea Beach is a quiet and high-quality residence where respect for fellow residents is central. We ask our guests to avoid noise nuisance, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. Minimum age The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. Groups of young people unaccompanied by adults are not allowed. Non-smoking The apartment is completely non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the terrace or in the surrounding area. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events, bachelor parties and other gatherings are not allowed. The apartment is exclusively intended for a quiet and relaxing stay. Respect for nature and the environment We attach great importance to a clean living environment and respect for nature. We ask our guests to: handle water and energy with care; not to leave any waste in the apartment, on the terrace or in the surroundings; keep the common areas tidy; to show respect for the peace, nature and the beautiful surroundings of Mariakerke and Ostend. Waste sorting: Waste must be sorted correctly. The waste containers provided for this purpose are located on the ground floor of the residence. Please deposit paper and cardboard, PMD, glass and residual waste in the correct containers. Thank you for helping to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly holiday environment. Respect for the apartment Please treat the apartment as if it were your own home. Upon departure, the apartment must be left tidy. Any damage or defects must be reported as soon as possible. Maximum number of guests Only the number of people stated on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays of additional guests are only possible with prior permission. Parking space and charging point The private parking space and charging facility for electric vehicles are exclusively intended for the guests of the apartment. Please use these amenities according to the instructions provided to you upon arrival. Ensuring a pleasant stay together By making your reservation, you confirm that you agree with these house rules.
