House rules Welcome to our Auxilium nature concept. You will be staying in a wooded area. We ask you not to disturb the peace of the neighbours and to respect the silence in the garden, especially after 10 pm. The WiFi connection is best made at the window next to the bed. – Drinking parties and the like are strictly prohibited. Narcotics are strictly prohibited. – Please do not bring your own music, music is present here, you can request a play list upon arrival. – Mandatory use of the shower towel in the sauna, on the seats and on the chairs at the start of the visit, for hygienic reasons. – The Customer is responsible for their own health and the possible consequences of a visit on their health. customers with open wounds are not allowed to use the sauna and jacuzzi. -The customer is responsible for storing their jewellery . – Before using the sauna and jacuzzi, it is mandatory to take a shower first. – The jacuzzi can always be used until 11 pm and in the morning from 9 am to 10:30 am depending on the choice of package. – Upon departure, the jacuzzi is always checked, we ask not to come to the service. If this is noticed, this is always a fine of €100 as well as in the case of heavily polluted water. – Wearing slippers is mandatory . – Smoking is not permitted indoors, only on the terrace near the provided ashtray. – It is forbidden to use your own drinks in the complex. – Please take your own waste back with you. Otherwise, a cost of €20 will be charged for this. – If you cause damage, so that the used space is no longer rentable, a compensation of €750/day will be charged. – Children should always be supervised by an adult. – Please leave our complex on time (within the rented time) otherwise a supplement may be charged. – We reserve the right to refuse or evict people from the complex at any time. – The customer agrees that he is responsible for the correct use of our facilities. As a result, he himself is responsible for accidents, physical or material damage in our complex. – The owner is not responsible for theft, damage or loss as a result of your stay in the private chalet or on the premises of the complex. Please do not move the furniture and electronics. – Turn everything off after using the Wellness. Together with you, we take care of the climate and the environment thanks to manageable energy consumption. Additional consumption above the normal average will be charged. – Pets allowed on request. Cancellation policy Reservations for Wellness packages are only accepted with an advance payment, name, e-mail, telephone number, reservation date, hour and the number of people. Cancellation: For massages: Appointments made can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the treatment. Appointments up to 24 hours that are canceled are 50% payable. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or if one does not appear at the appointment without cancellation will be charged to you personally. The amount of the rate depends on the massage treatment and the compensation that stands for it (100% of the value of the chosen treatment). For wellness: Appointments made can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the package. The prepayment can be used for a rebooking within 6 months. Thank you in advance for your understanding. On Saturdays, breakfast is included in the price of the night. If you also want to have breakfast on the other mornings, you can check that when booking. The chalet is intended for two people. A baby cot can be provided. In that case, book for two people and mention the baby in your message, then the cot will be ready upon your arrival.
