Welcome to our new ground floor apartment (60 m2) suitable for 2 people. We are located between nature reserves and forests in the Dender Valley. We offer you a quality welcome and are happy to share our love for our region with you. Our holiday apartment is the perfect base for outings, walks and cycle rides in the Flemish Ardennes, le Pays des Collines and the Pajottenland.

These house rules are intended to make your stay pleasant and hassle-free. The property may never be sublet or rented out for parties. We ask you to take care of the holiday home and its contents. Because electricity, water and central heating are included in the rent, we ask our guests to deal with this as a good housekeeper. You can move into the holiday home from 3 pm. If the tenant wishes to move into the property earlier for an exceptional reason, he must always ask the owner's permission in advance. Even if the tenant cannot arrive on time, he must inform the owner himself to make the new arrangement for his reception. The departure from the holiday home must take place on the last day of the rental period before 10.30 am. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the holiday home. An ashtray is provided outside. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit are on site. We ask the tenant to properly sort the waste: paper, glass, PMD, VFG and residual waste. The loss of the key will be accompanied by a cost of 50 euros. Pets are not allowed.
